Australia opening batsman Travis Head, who has fond memories of scoring a century at the Narendra Modi stadium in the CWC 2023 final, could not do anything special upon his return to the venue.
He was castled by Gujarat Titans’ Afghanistan chinaman Noor Ahmad with an unplayable googly which Head tried to cut away but the ball came in just too quickly inside.
On his Sunrisers Hyderabad debut against the Mumbai Indians a couple of days ago, Travis Head led by example and set the tone for other batters in front of the home crowd. He lit up the Rajiv Gandhi stadium with raining 4s and 6s and eventually departed after a 24-ball 62-run blitz.
Wrong ‘un done RIGHT! ✅
Noor Ahmad does Travis Head and how! 🙌 🙌
